unable to add id mobile number

Hi, I'm new to ID Mobile, received my device yesterday..and I've downloaded the app and created an account. When I go to add my id mobile number, I enter the number, my last name and date of birth but then just keeps saying error try again. I've tried on the web a number of times same as the app. Any help? Thanks. Really frustrating

Please confirm if you are using the number that was provided to you with the contract or the number you would like transferred over?

Hi, yes I have, I also used the PAC to transfer my number
