Unable to add my new ID mobile number.

Hi, I'm new to ID Mobile and I've downloaded the app and created an account. When I go to add my id mobile number, I enter the number, my last name and date of birth but then just keeps saying error try again. I've tried on the web a number of times same as the app. Any help? Thanks.

This can sometimes happen if the account has not fully activated yet or if there is a temporary system error. Please try again a little later and ensure the details entered match exactly what was used when the account was created.

If the issue continues, please send us a private message so that we can assist you further.

Hi ​@Zandile M I am having the exact same issue. 

I received my new number on my the first invoice over 2 hours ago, and still cannot sign in to my acccount since it keeps asking me to add my new number and failing.

How long should I wait?
