unable to log in to the iD app using e/os

I have downloaded the I'd app multiple time trying to log into the app without success. I am using a Fairphone 6 with e/os installed. I keep getting Loops something went wrong and the error code:500

Yes the web log in works just fine.

Ensure you are on a stable internet connection (WiFi or mobile data)
