Hi I don’t understand I have a message saying I have a cap on my account ? I thought I’d signed up for unlimited calls and text per month

Please confirm if it is just certain numbers that are affected or all numbers as you do have numbers that are chargeable and ones that are not.

I am trying to ring France 33 but keep getting a message that I have reached my cap limited but I have unlimited calls??

Thank you for getting in touch with us, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you in relation to the call issues.
As the number you are trying to call is abroad this might not be included in the plan, and this is why you would then be charged for the call and need to raise the CAP limit.
The unlimited calls only would apply to inclusive calls.

I have tried to purchase an add on but the app is not allowing me to. Can you point me in the right direction.
