unable to make calls

I have tried to make phone calls this morning and it has said I have run out of four minutes but in my contract, I have unlimited calls. 
 

please help me my partner is in the military and I cannot currently speak to him

    I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re experiencing.

    Could you please confirm whether the number you are trying to call is an international number, particularly as your partner is currently in the military?
