Unable to receive SMS verification codes for apps.

Hi, I have tried several troubleshooting methods to fix the issue where I’m not receiving SMS verification codes from some apps to create an account.

The iD Mobile Live Chat function is useless. They do nothing to help, so I’m hoping this can help me.

I have tried resetting my phone, restarting my mobile data, the only option left is to contact iD Mobile.

Can somebody help fix this issue?

Are non-verification code SMS text messages working properly, ​@Sevanni

If you’ve recently switched to iD Mobile and kept your number, it can sometimes take a while for the systems sending verification SMS text messages to recognise the network routing for your mobile number has changed.
