Unable to transfer number to ID from another provider

I’ve been trying to transfer my number to ID network from another provider but have been unsuccessful. I’ve filled out the transfer form several times, yet I haven’t received any confirmation email or SMS regarding the submitted requests.

I’ve also tried contacting ID support through live chat multiple times, but there has been no response. It feels like the company is hiding behind technology, leaving customers with no real way to reach a representative for help.

As a frustrated customer, I no longer wish to continue facing these issues. I would like to cancel my contract immediately so that I can move to a different provider who can offer proper assistance and communication.

Please confirm the cancellation process at the earliest.
