upgrade eligibility

Hi am eligible for upgrade but there is no options for iPhones only galaxy or google phones available. Is there any way of knowing how I can or when I would be eligible for iPhone contracts as I really need a new phone due to being carer snd the system they use is only compatible with IOS systems.

Kindly note that if you're eligible for an upgrade but can only see Samsung Galaxy or Google Pixel devices, this may be due to the upgrade offers currently available on your account.
