Hello, my name is Jamila. I’ve been with iD Mobile for two years. I’m currently abroad after a family bereavement and missed a £40 payment. My line is disconnected. Please reconnect it urgently—I will pay immediately as I need access to banking and important messages., it causing me so much stress please. Can this be considered please
