use 2 numbers on idmobile App

Hope someone can help me set being able to set up and view bills etc  on 2 SIM only  numbers on the App.

I've tried everything phone help tried but couldn't help me.  I'm so fed up with it.

I put main number on app it has green dot showing active.

I add the other number (both been registered apparently) it isn't active?

If I delete first main number so I can view the new one but when added back it's not active?

I can't make BOTH ACTIVE to view them

Help please only other things to do  is their  a monthly Sims so I can leave but I do like idmobile apart from the App and online same thing happens ....cannot make 2 active

Thank you but I think I must have exhausted your patience but I'm so pleased I can view them both and view bills etc.

I really like idmobile good plans etc  and very good customer service!  I'm so glad I joined now all ok

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been I completely understand how inconvenient it is not being able to manage both numbers properly on the app.

 

Steps to View Second Account Bill:

  1. Open the iD Mobile App and log in.
  2. Locate the account switcher (often labeled "View your plans" or with your current number) at the top of the dashboard.
  3. Select the second phone number or plan you wish to check.
  4. Tap "Bills" or "My Billing" to view the statement for that specific plan

Hi @Zandile M  Unfortunately I've done this several times but when I do that the second number becomes the INLY Active number not the main first one do I have to keep deleting one of them so I can view each active on their own.   Idmobile must wonder what on earth I'm doing online and  with the app

Sorry it's got very complicated but I appreciate your help
