I have just switched to Id mobile and I have just set up my voicemail when prompted. The icon will not delete from my notifications bar at top of screen. This messgae was how to set up settings for voicemail. I have done all that but there is no way I can get rid of the notification on my phone.

I would advise checking if you have checked all your voicemails.
It will also be worth enabling and disabling voicemail.

I have not got any voicemails. I have restarted my phone and stopped and restarted my voicemails and it’s still there. The icon is on my main screen saying I have a new voicemail and I haven’t and there is no way I can clear this message.
