Voicemail loop

My voicemail is on a loop. I call from my id mobile number and it says "to log in, call us from your id mobile phone number". But I am calling from that number.  Any clues?

What phone do you have?

Yes, was working fine until recently. I gave a Samsung A34

Hi there ​@Thenac, sorry to hear that. Have you tried disabling and then re-enabling voicemail at all?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Sorry that’s not helped ​@Thenac. Are you using the SIM card associated with your plan and number to confirm?

 

When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

Yes, and yes. Had the same number for years, voicemail has always been fine but suddenly I get the message "first set up your pin by calling from your phone. Which I'm doing.

Sorry to hear that ​@Thenac. It’s certainly odd it’s just started happening now.

 

I’d recommend turning Voicemail off for a few hours now, and then re-activate it later on, and retry, and give it some time to sort itself out. If it doesn’t for whatever reason, please get back in touch here and we’ll investigate further with you.

Absolutely no change. Still "first set up your pin. To do this, call is from your phone..."

I have the same issue, what’s the solution to break this loop? I’ve already tried all above mentioned workaround solutions, but none worked.
