I put in a pay as you go SIM earlier and have entered a PAC code to keep my old number; the transfer will take place on 18th June. Can I close down my ID account now or do I need to wait until the number transfers on Thursday?

As you have already submitted a PAC code and the number transfer is scheduled for 18th June, we would recommend speaking with an agent before making any changes to the account.
If you no longer wish to proceed with the number transfer, an agent will be able to check whether it is still possible to cancel the PAC request before the transfer completes.
