When will I be able to have my upgrade

You can upgrade your iD Mobile account 

starting from two months before the end of your contract (or 60 days).
To check your specific upgrade date, log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online and go to the "Plan" section, where you'll see if you are eligible to upgrade. 

 
  • For Pay Monthly Phone plans: You are eligible to upgrade up to 60 days before your contract ends.
  • For SIM Only deals: You can upgrade to a new Pay Monthly Phone plan after you've been on the SIM-only plan for at least 6 months.
  • To check your upgrade eligibility: Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online, go to the "Plan" tab, and look for an "It's time to upgrade!" button.
  • If you are not yet eligible: You can switch to a different plan if one suits your needs better, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria for plan changes.
