Where can I find invoice for my new purchase A57 taken on 24 month contract

    Hi ​@KRS,

     

    You can find your invoice for your Samsung A57 24-month contract by logging into your iD Mobile account.

     

    Once logged in:

    • Go to My Account
    • Select Billing
    • Choose the relevant month/date
    • Click View Invoice or Download PDF

     

    Your invoice will also be emailed to the address used when placing the order, so it's worth checking your inbox (including spam/junk folders).

     

    If you're unable to see it, it may still be processing if the order is very recent.
