Hello, where can I find settings in my id on ids website please?

Hi @Richard Patterson,

You can find your account settings by logging into the iD Mobile website and following these steps:

Log in to My Account at: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/
Select Plan.
Scroll down to Manage your iD services.
From there, you can manage services such as Roaming, International, Premium and Voicemail.
If you’re looking to manage your Bill Cap, go to Bills > Manage bill cap.
