I must have tried a dozen times requesting a password reset code for my account but I never receive it. I am trying to sort a problem out for my mother, I have power of attorney, she has early stage dementia. She can’t remember her password for her id mobile account and has received an email saying she is going to be charged £34 tomorrow and she can’t understand why.
I’ve searched online and have seen this is a common problem with IDmobile not sending password reset codes, it’s very frustrating 😡
