Why are ID mobile charging me for two separate plans instead of just one plan like it’s always been?

Have you logged into your account and reviewed the plans associated with it?

Have you recently changed/upgraded your plan? As there may be some cross over.

If you still have questions then you need to contact the Live Chat with regards to this as they will be able to help you:-

Type ‘talk to a person’ when you open the dialogue box to bypass the chatbot.
Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
