wrong email adress added so cannot receive confirmation of order

I’ve just placed an order on this website for the first time, I’ve accidentally put the wrong email address in so I’m not receiving any order confirmations and I cannot log into my account as I don’t have an ID mobile number, what should I do in this instance?

We're sorry to hear you've entered the wrong email address on your order.

 

Unfortunately, once an order has been accepted, we're unable to update the email address associated with it. We'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat as soon as possible so they can review the order and advise what options may be available.

 

As you don't yet have an iD Mobile number, please explain this to the advisor when you get through and provide any order details you have available.
