Thank you for getting in touch, and I'm sorry for any confusion caused by the information shown on the letter.

This can normally happen when your number is transferred to iD Mobile after the first invoice has already been generated. The initial documentation may therefore still show the temporary iD Mobile number that was originally assigned to the account.

Please allow until your next billing cycle for the account information to update and reflect your transferred number on future billing documentation.

If the incorrect number is still showing after your next bill has been generated, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate this further.
