Hi you have taken 13p out of my account why. I cancelled the other SIM only contract so why 13p from my account.

If you've recently cancelled the SIM Only plan, the 13p charge is likely to relate to the period during which the plan remained active before the cancellation was fully processed.

 

Even when a plan is cancelled, any usage or line rental that accrued up to the cancellation date may still appear on a final bill.
