Hi again, I have posted about this issue 3 days ago and have not heard back. Can you please help me with this issue. I have seen others receive help for this.

    The message "Your details do not match our records" can appear for a number of reasons, such as differences in the information entered compared to what is held on the account.

     

    Please confirm if you are trying to login into your iD mobile App.
