Whenever I try to log in to my online account it takes me to the ID community account why ????? I try and I try it’s so annoying I so disappointed wit ID mobile lately :(:(:(

You’re probably logging into the wrong site.
The iD Community is just a platform for support as well as finding helpful articles.
The iD account is a separate log-in and account you need to register/use.
You would log in here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/
