I’m on about leaving I’d as I got a SIM card because the other one wasn’t working and now I seem to be having the same problem but I have to turn my phone on and off because I have no signal what so ever so something needs to be done or I’m leaving and going with someone else

We’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing we completely understand how frustrating it is to have no signal, especially after already trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you’ve received a replacement SIM, it does need to be activated before it will work properly. If the SIM hasn’t been activated yet, this could explain why you’re currently not getting any signal.

 

You can usually activate your SIM through the iD Mobile app. However, if you’re unable to access the app or complete the activation, we kindly ask that you contact us via Live Chat, where an agent can activate the SIM for you and get you up and running as quickly as possible.
