accidentally requested esim but my phone doesn't support it

I'd like to request a physical sim card for my new contract. New customer and I used a PAC code to keep my number but need the physical sim. thank you.

    I’m really sorry to hear that this has happened. You can collect a physical SIM card free of charge from any Currys store, just take a valid form of ID such as your passport or driving licence for verification and we’ll be happy to activate it for you.
