I need to transfer my eSIM to my new iPhone,

Thank you for reaching out. Please note you can request for eSIM via the app if the eSIM still active from the old handset. 

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Manage SIM or My SIMs.
  3. Select the option to Request eSIM.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your eSIM activation.

Once processed, your eSIM will be ready to use on your device. Note to only request once as if you request multiple times this may cause issues. If you are still unable to get an eSIM please contact us via Live Chat or via our social platforms.
