I need to transfer my eSIM to my new iPhone,

    I completely understand wanting to get your eSIM set up on your new iPhone that can be frustrating if it’s not straightforward. Here are the steps to transfer your eSIM:
     

    On your new iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
    Open the iD Mobile app on your old device and select Manage eSIM / Transfer eSIM.
    Follow the prompts to generate a QR code or transfer code.
    On your new iPhone, scan the QR code or enter the code manually when prompted.
    Make sure to disable the eSIM on your old device once the transfer is complete.
