Add a twin plan on a new sim card

Hi, I have a plan on my current number, I would like to add another number with the same plan, I tried the app but it keeps rejecting my details when I fill them in, I also changed my name through deed poll a while back and tried so hard to. Change me details but it did not let me so I just gave up. Can you help with adding a new number and updating my details thanks
