Hi,

I recently joined id mobile however when I got my sim I didn’t add my phone number as I didn’t have my pac number. Now I have it and I have the id mobile sim but I can’t add it. 
 

I downloaded the app but when I log in with my password and email it automatically asks me for my last name phone number and date of birth however when I use my current phone number it says I’m not a customer even though I remember typing in my phone number when I was buying the sim.

Essentially I want to know how to move my phone number from my old provider over to id mobile as at the moment it’s still listed with my old provider.
