Hi @Amad,

You can turn the Adult Content Filter on or off for your iD Mobile SIM through the iD Mobile app or online account.

How to change the setting
1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in, or visit My iD Mobile.
2. Select Plan.
3. Scroll down and select Manage your iD services.
4. Find Adult Content Filter.
5. Toggle the setting:
- On — blocks access to adult content.
- Off — removes the network's adult content filter, subject to age verification.
6. Tap Save to confirm your changes.

If you can’t access your account: Contact iD Mobile Live Chat and ask the team to help change the setting.

Please note that the network filter applies to mobile data; restrictions on Wi-Fi may be controlled separately by your internet provider or device settings.
