Already have contract with iD mobile. Have just bought new contract with iD mobile, want to activate new esim and transfer my number across. I'm having difficulty activating the esim first on my oneplus 15. Qr code & activation code both not working

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry you’re having trouble getting your eSIM set up on your new phone. I know that’s not the experience you want when you’ve just taken out a new contract.

 

Just to clarify, mobile numbers can’t be transferred between two active iD Mobile accounts, as internal number transfers aren’t something we currently support.

 

Because of that, the best next step is to speak with our Live Chat team, as they’ll be able to look at both accounts with you, confirm what’s been set up, and explain the correct process for getting your new eSIM activated and your number situation resolved.
