already have iD account and number

I already have an iD account and phone number that is my daughter's (on my name), I have just purchased a SIM only deal for myself to come over with from 3 as that is now out of contract (have a PAC) but I can only see my daughter's number and not my new one so clueless to how to add my PAC code to the new number.

Thanks for your message. I completely understand the confusion and this is a really common situation when you already have one iD account linked to your email.

 

Your app is currently showing your daughter’s number because it’s already linked to your login. Your new SIM-only order (with the PAC from Three) will not appear until the number has been fully activated and transferred.

 

What you need to do:

To move your number over using your PAC:

• Insert your new iD SIM into your phone
• Go to www.idmobile.co.uk/activate
 (or SIM activation page in your email)
• Select Keep my number (PAC transfer)
• Enter your PAC code and your new SIM details
 

Important timing:

• Number transfer usually completes within 1 working day
• During this time, the new number may not show in your app yet
• Once completed, your new number will appear automatically in your account
 

App update:

After activation, you may need to log out and log back into the app to see both numbers or switch between them.
