app not working agter update 14/7/2026

Can anyone help, I log in and I can just about see my number which is so pale. And the rest is white ? Can anyone help- shall I delete app then reinstall I chose phone and sim because there isn’t a “app done wine” funnily enough lol

Close the app completely and reopen it.

Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.

If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Clear your phone’s cache and restart your device.
 

If it’s still not displaying correctly after this, please let us know and we’ll look into it further for you.

I am experiencing the same issue.  I have offloaded the app, deleted and re-installed the app to no avail.
