Hi it saying my bill is £79 it’s £20 over to much on that o only owe £20 data roaming from the last bill and now the outstanding bill £27 so please can u tell me where £79 has came from

@emmarobsonwork13 We can't tell you were the extra payment have been add without seeing your account. Only staff members can clear this matter up.

To check you bills log in to you account and download each bill this will give you a break down of usage in and out of you plan allowances. 

And this may also be partly due to the date you direct debit is set up. 

Best thing to do is go onto the Live Chat once logged in and in the message box type in, To speak to someone. 

Take note under no account post personal information in an open forum of in Private a message unless staff members require you to do so. Staff members can be identified by clicking on their username and it will have extra information like (IDMobile Employee). As most of are volunteers customer tying to help the community here. So it's in you're best interest to be very careful posting sensitive information here.
