Broken Apple Music 3 months redeem link

Hi. When I click the link for the Apple Music offer I get a 'UID missing' error. Can you send a new link or code out to me please

    I too keep getting the broken link and I've had a new code issued but can't redeem the offer. 

    What more can be done?
