broken phone and esim

Hi, I just got an eSIM a few days ago and my number is due to port end of tomorrow. Unfortunately my phone just broke today and I need to switch to a new one, how do I go about it moving my eSIM and my phone number?

Sorry to hear your phone has broken.

 

As your number port is due to complete tomorrow and you’re using an eSIM, you’ll need a new eSIM QR code issued to move your service onto your new device.

 

Please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat as soon as possible. They’ll be able to generate a replacement eSIM and help ensure your number continues to port over correctly to your new phone.
