calls go straight to voicemail

We’re sorry to hear that your calls are going straight to voicemail and that you have been missing important calls since joining iD Mobile. We completely understand how frustrating and concerning this must be.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps, as these can often help resolve incoming call issues:

• Restart the handset completely
• Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
• Ensure the handset software is fully up to date
• Check that Do Not Disturb / Focus Mode is turned OFF
• Ensure Call Forwarding is disabled:
  • iPhone:
    • Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding
  • Android:
    • Phone App > Settings > Calling Accounts > Call Forwarding

Please also:

• Ensure Wi-Fi Calling is temporarily turned OFF for testing
• Set the handset to 4G/LTE manually:
  • iPhone:
    • Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data > 4G
  • Android:
    • Settings > Mobile Networks > Preferred Network Type > 4G/LTE
• Remove and reinsert the SIM if using a physical SIM
• Reset Network Settings on the handset

If possible, please also test:

• The SIM in another handset
• Another SIM in your current handset
