So how do I do that , as I don’t want to pay more than £10 per month ?

Yes, once your current contract is approaching the end date in June, you will be able to upgrade to a SIM Only plan whilst keeping your current number.

Please note that SIM Only upgrade options will only become available from 24 days before your contract end date. Unfortunately, the options cannot be viewed or processed earlier than this.

Once you are within the 24-day upgrade window, you can check your available SIM Only upgrade options on the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

• Log into the iD Mobile app
• Select “My Account”
• Go to “Upgrade”
• Your available SIM Only upgrade options will then be displayed if eligible

You can then either:

• Upgrade directly through the app if the option is available
• Or contact our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250, where they can assist you further with moving onto a SIM Only plan
