Can I keep the same number if I have ordered a new phone with id mobile contract

Thank you for your message.

 

I’m very sorry, but you won’t be able to keep your number if you took out a new contract, as our systems do not allow internal number transfers.

You would only be able to keep the same number if you upgrade on your existing contract.
