Can I move my number from other network to ID mobile contract?

I would like to move my other number from another network to ID mobile, I don’t mind losing the current ID mobile number, but I’ll still keep the contract but just want to change to another number from another network, is that doable?  The other network already confirmed they’ll provide me the PAC number.

      ​@pennys I've finally managed to talk to someone via their live chat and they've sorted the number transfer! Looks like they're online now..

      ​@Slonik Thank you. I did speak to the live chat and switched my number, but somehow the number sticks to the phone I don’t want to use anymore.  Now I cannot talk to anyone from live chat, seems they’re not there again.  Does ID Mobile provide e-sim? I have never got a sim from ID mobile, just realised that. ​@Tom
