I want to switch my current esim to a physical SIM

    Switching from an eSIM to a physical SIM is definitely possible, but it’s not something we can help with here on the iD Community as this is a public platform and we can’t access or make changes to your account.

     

    To get this sorted, you can either pop into your nearest store or reach out via Live Chat by clicking here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat. The team there will be able to arrange a replacement SIM for you.
     

    Just a heads-up, when requesting a new SIM, you’ll need to provide valid proof of identity (such as a passport or driving licence), so it’s worth having that ready.
