With regards to receiving your PAC code If you're unable to receive text messages because your SIM is no longer working or your number has been stopped, you can still request a PAC code through your iD Mobile account or by contacting the Live Chat team. iD Mobile can issue PAC codes without using the text-to-switch service in these circumstances.

If you can still access the iD Mobile app or your online account:

Go to Plan > Leave iD > Switch to another network
Select "Yes, I want to keep my number"
Follow the on-screen steps to generate your PAC code.

If you no longer have access to the SIM or account, please contact our support team so we can review the account and advise on the available options.
