Question

Can't access voicemail

I never had an issue with this before but now when I try to access my voicemail messages I get some short 5 second sentence telling me to set up a pin. It hasn't ever done this before.

I tried ringing both the 123 number and the longer +44 version. Same thing. Short message that auto disconnects. I need access to respond to important messages! Please!

    Hi ​@gmurtagh.

     

    Thank you for sharing. I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to set up your voicemail PIN while you are abroad, which is why the call disconnects when you try from Ireland.

     

    Once you are back in the UK, you will be able to set up your PIN and access your voicemail as normal.
