For a while now, I can’t seem to dial out from my phone. It shows it as dialling but it’s not making a connection. I am also not receiving calls. All calls come through as missed calls. I don’t have anything on ‘Focus’. I’ve reset the network. I’m at a loss as to what to do next?

Since you’ve already reset the network and checked Focus settings, let’s try a few more steps:Check your SIM card: Remove and reinsert it to ensure it’s seated correctly.2. Test your SIM in another phone (if possible) to rule out a handset issue.3. Make sure Airplane Mode is off and your phone is set to Automatic Network Selection under Settings → Mobile Data → Network Selection.4. If you see “Dialling” but no connection, it could indicate a SIM or network issue.If these steps don’t resolve the problem, we can arrange a replacement SIM.
