Can’t dial out and only getting missed calls - iPhone 15Pro

For a while now, I can’t seem to dial out from my phone. It shows it as dialling but it’s not making a connection.
I am also not receiving calls. All calls come through as missed calls. I don’t have anything on ‘Focus’. I’ve reset the network. I’m at a loss as to what to do next?

Hi @Paz75 ,

I’m really sorry to hear you’re unable to make or receive calls, that must be frustrating. Since you’ve already reset the network and checked Focus settings, let’s try a few more steps:

Check your SIM card: Remove and reinsert it to ensure it’s seated correctly.
2. Test your SIM in another phone (if possible) to rule out a handset issue.
3. Make sure Airplane Mode is off and your phone is set to Automatic Network Selection under Settings → Mobile Data → Network Selection.
4. If you see “Dialling” but no connection, it could indicate a SIM or network issue.

If these steps don’t resolve the problem, we can arrange a replacement SIM. You can:

-Get one instantly for free at any Currys store (bring a valid ID), or
-Request one by post (takes about 2 working days via Royal Mail).
I-f your phone supports eSIM, you can activate one through your iD Mobile account online.

Please let us know which option works best for you, or reach out via Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community, or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk. We’d love the opportunity to put things right.
