I’m really sorry to hear you’re unable to make or receive calls, that must be frustrating. Since you’ve already reset the network and checked Focus settings, let’s try a few more steps:

1. Check your SIM card: Remove and reinsert it to ensure it’s seated correctly.
   2. Test your SIM in another phone (if possible) to rule out a handset issue.
   3. Make sure Airplane Mode is off and your phone is set to Automatic Network Selection under Settings → Mobile Data → Network Selection.
   4. If you see “Dialling” but no connection, it could indicate a SIM or network issue.

If these steps don’t resolve the problem, we can arrange a replacement SIM. You can:

-Get one instantly for free at any Currys store (bring a valid ID), or
-Request one by post (takes about 2 working days via Royal Mail).
I-f your phone supports eSIM, you can activate one through your iD Mobile account online.
