Hi @Halpel
Has the Esim been activated (the phone will display the iD Mobile name at the top and shows signal bars)
To activate your iD Mobile eSIM, you will receive an email containing a QR code after your order is confirmed. You must connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network before downloading the eSIM, as the setup requires an internet connection. Open your phone's Settings, navigate to Mobile Service, Network & Internet, or Connections, and locate the eSIM option. Scan the QR code from the email to begin the download process. The download may take approximately an hour to complete. Once finished, your eSIM will be active, and you can use your iD Mobile service.
If it has been activated then the easiest way to find the number is to ask your nephew to ring your phone and the number will show.
You can also try:-
On iPhone: Go to Settings > Phone > My Number. You can also check Settings > Mobile Service (or Cellular), tap your iD Mobile plan, and look for your number.
On Android: Go to Settings > About Phone > Status (or Phone Identity), where your mobile number should be listed.
If you still can’t find the Esim number then your best option is to contact an advisor via Live Chat to discuss this (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) :-

When you contact the Live Chat :-
Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.
Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
You can also contact iD Mobile by sending a private message via their Socials (Facebook, X or Instagram)
iD Mobile social media accounts:-
or email socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk.
Good luck x
