    H @Sam1106 ,

Sorry you’re having trouble receiving calls from Vodafone users. Please try the following:

    -Restart your phone.

-Make sure call barring/forwarding is off (Settings > Phone > Call Settings).

-Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings).

I have gone through all these steps, have been on Live Chat Customer Services today who have also gone through all the steps, even asked me to get my contacts who are on Vodafone to try calling using +44 instead of 07.  They asked me to give them tge telephone numbers that were trying to call me which I am disgusted by as this is a breach of GDPR. They asked me to get all my contacts on Vodafone to call Vodafone as the issue is with them which is utter rubbish, these people had no issues ringing me before I switched my number from Vodafone to ID Mobile!!! Apparently my issue has now been escalated to Technical but I do think the Ombudsmans needs to be brought in on this.

You have a split port which is a problem only iD Mobile can fix.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with iD Mobile or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. Did my comment help answer your question? If so, don't forget to mark the response as the Most Helpful Answer.

They are denying this is the case and asking me to provide them numbers of the people trying to call me - which is a breach of Gdpr

Is there an actual phone number that you can call and speak to someone and ger them to understand that I have a split port and that it needs sorting

After multiple online chats I did manage to escalate the problem and Technical did look into it.  It was a split port!!!

    Hi @Sam1106

Thank you for the update, and I’m glad to hear you were able to escalate this and that our Technical Team investigated the issue.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced getting to that point, but I’m pleased it has now been identified as a split port and resolved.
