Since I have joined ID mobiles, my text messages always show an error sign and don’t always go through.
I also don’t receive all text messages either.
My main issue is I can’t seem to receive important text messages such as appointments and codes. I have regular health appointments that are texted to me and they are not coming through. I also have one time codes sent to my number but they are not coming through. For example, I can’t access my work emails now because the one time code to log in is not coming through. This is vital for me whilst I’m on call for a children’s home. I need to have access to my emails in case of emergency information.
I can see through community messages that this is a problem for many people. I have never had such an issue with any network before. I have been paying for this contract and not being able to use the unlimited texts that I am paying for and don’t believe this is fair at all.
I have tried to reset the network in settings etc. Nothing seems to work.
Please can you provide some help and support.
