Check your network signal: Make sure you have sufficient coverage. You mentioned you can call mobiles and send texts, so coverage is likely okay, but poor indoor signal can sometimes affect certain features.

Restart your phone: A simple restart can resolve temporary network or messaging issues.

Check message settings: Go to Settings > Messages and ensure Send as SMS and iMessage are correctly configured.

Check blocked numbers / restrictions: Ensure no numbers or services are blocked and that you’re able to call international or premium numbers if needed.

Test the SIM in another phone: If possible, try your iD Mobile SIM in another phone to see if the same issues occur. This will help determine whether it’s a SIM or device issue.
