Question

Can’t set voicemail pin

Similar to other questioners - when I try to set up a voicemail pin it asks me to call from my mobile and hangs up. I am calling from My mobile and have tried turning voicemail off and on - any advice welcome!

    Please try the following steps:

    Turn your phone off and back on again.

    Dial 123 directly from your iD Mobile SIM

    If prompted, follow the options to set up your voicemail PIN.

    None of these instructions work! Keeps saying “that option is not available!” I tried 4 numbers 5 numbers and 6 numbers - nothing works! I need voicemail!! Please sort it out I’m missing important messages 🫤
