cancel my contract but I don't have access to the number or the sim

Hi

I got a contract with yourselves with device rental as it was the only way to get the device while I had another contract with another provider so the SIM card was lost I while ago

I want to cancel my contract now but since I don't have access to the SIM I cannot receive the text to do it through the app

I forgot to mention my device contract ended on the 12 November 2025

Thank you for your post. Since you are unable to request a PAC or STAC code because you no longer have access to the SIM, that’s absolutely fine. 

We can process a 30- day disconnection after you have successfully completed the necessary security checks.
